Bright and bold, this oil is packed with notes of fresh crisp green apple, green almond along with a host of bitter notes, namely, radicchio, olive leaf, green tea, mint, fennel and rounded out with a bold capsicum and chili pepper finish with the lingering warmth of horseradish.  In many ways, this a classic example of Coratina, well-balanced in its bold and beautiful way.
