The oil has the typical ripe and green banana flavors of the Koroneiki variety.  Displaying medium intensity with a very balanced of strong fruitiness, mild bitterness, and medium pungency, this oil is complex and herbaceous.  This Koroneiki has  several appealing ripe fruit flavors along with a unripe fruit flavors of green banana, olive leaf, artichoke and cinnamon.
